Terms and Conditions — win111 Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the entire agreement between you ("the player") and win111 ("the platform", "we", "us") for all services offered at win111.vu, including sports betting, casino games, live casino, bingo and any other products made available on the platform.

To use win111, you must register a single account using accurate and truthful personal information. You are required to provide your full name, a valid email address, a working mobile phone number and your date of birth. One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one win111 account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a family member's name or any other identity — is strictly prohibited. win111 uses automated systems and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts may be closed and any balances within them may be voided.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — email address and password — secure. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact win111 support immediately. win111 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to an account where the player failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login information.

Account Verification (KYC)

win111 may request identity verification documents at any point — typically before processing a withdrawal for the first time or if unusual activity is detected on your account. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued photo ID. Proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in withdrawal processing being paused until verification is complete.

Deposit Processing Time

Deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are typically credited to your win111 account within seconds. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. If a deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes and you have a confirmed transaction reference from your payment provider, contact win111 support with that reference and the issue will be investigated promptly.

Currency

Your win111 account balance, bonuses, bets and all transactions are denominated in PKR at all times. win111 does not operate in any other currency. There is no currency conversion involved for Pakistani players using local payment methods.

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses at win111 are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before a withdrawal can be requested against those funds.

Bonus Eligibility

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts in good standing only.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household and per payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Players who have self-excluded or set deposit limits that prevent qualifying deposits are not eligible for bonuses during those restriction periods.
• win111 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the stated wagering process.

Bonus Abuse

win111 has automated and manual systems in place to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play, or using a bonus in a product category that does not contribute to wagering. Where bonus abuse is detected, win111 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings, and may permanently close the account involved.

All sports bets placed on win111 are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. General betting rules are set out here; sport-specific rules are published within the sportsbook section of the platform.

Bet Placement

A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation slip should not be assumed to be placed. In the event of a technical issue during bet placement, contact win111 support with details of the attempted transaction as soon as possible.

Odds & Market Changes

Odds are subject to change at any time up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is submitted and confirmed are the odds that will apply to that bet. win111 offers both fixed odds and live in-play markets. For in-play betting on cricket, PSL fixtures and other events, odds update in real time and the odds locked in at confirmation apply regardless of subsequent market movements.

Void Bets & Cancellations

win111 reserves the right to void any bet in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the time window stated in the applicable sport rules.
• A technical error resulted in incorrect odds being displayed at the time of bet placement.
• The bet was placed on a market that was offered in error.
• Evidence of match manipulation, corruption or irregular activity is identified in relation to the event.
• The player placed the bet using funds from a bonus that is not eligible for the selected market.

Where a bet is voided, the stake is returned to the player's account balance in full. Voided bets do not count toward wagering requirements.

Maximum Winnings

win111 applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip before confirmation and vary by sport, market type and event. In the event that a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the maximum payout amount will be honoured and the excess will not be paid.

Withdrawal requests are processed by win111 to verified player accounts in PKR. You may withdraw to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements being met. win111 aims to process withdrawal requests on the same day for verified accounts, though exact timing may vary by payment method.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal can be processed.
• You must have met any active wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related funds.
• Your real-money balance (excluding any active bonus balance) is available for withdrawal at any time subject to the above.

Where an account is closed for a breach of these Terms, win111 may withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct — such as platform closure in a specific region — the account balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting win111 customer support. Any real-money balance will be returned to the player subject to standard withdrawal conditions and verification requirements.
